Coaching

“All our dreams can come true if we have the courage to pursue them.” – Walt Disney

1 on 1 coaching, in his ‘Life Gym’ you’ll explore how to connect with your intuition, (re)discover your values, goals, work/life balance, fulfilment, and life purpose.

He gets into the detail of what this all means to you; it’s simplified, by;

Looking at your current lifestyle, creating a tailored ‘action plan’, changing your routine, challenging your fears, asking thought-provoking questions, visioning, the what do you want? Champion and challenge you.

He’ll accelerate your progress by providing greater awareness of choice, with an intentional space and structure for staying in action.

You bring the topics, areas of change and development that you’re seeking; together he will tailor your sessions with focus, drive and purpose. The coaching takes place weekly in person, over the phone or by video.

This is not a self-help class, it’s about becoming the person that you always wanted to be and now you’re ready to.

Any of the below sound familiar?

Fear of Failure, Negative Mindset, Concerns Over Acceptance, Self-Doubt & Barriers for Getting Started, Financial Concerns, Time Management & Work/Life Balance, Negativity from Inner Circles, Previous Failure(s), Lack of Life Direction.

It’s okay if you’re reading this and have some doubts, he expects people to think about how this will work and question if this is right for them.

Kevin P. Martin is an expert (and certified) Coach with a wealth of very specialist knowledge. He will set you on a succession path; hard work is to be expected and takes time and consistency, but with Coaching you will get there. Still interested and thinking you wish you could overcome your personal challenges? Sounds like Coaching would be a smart decision for your future.

“Coaching is unlocking a person’s potential to maximise their own performance. It is helping them to learn rather than teaching them”
